First you find the slope of the line.
6-0/4-0 =3/2
Then you can find the equation using the point-slope formula.
y-y1= m(x-x1)
y-0=3/2(x-0)
y=3/2x
now to put it into standard form, you have to put the y and the x on both sides, so
-3/2x+y=0
